Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

2. Condition of Goods

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable or sealed food goods cannot be returned once opened for health and hygiene reasons.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
